Stanley's Story
Well Here Is My Story :
I Graduated June 78 as all of you know. I went on to Norfolk Naval Shipyard Apprenticeship in October 1978. Married Sharon Lanthorn in March 1980 and we had 4 children, 3 Boys, now 27, 25, 21 and a girl 14. Oldest is married and works for the govt. and has two kids, middle son is a fireman/paramedic city of Suffolk, and youngest son works for Coke-Cola. Our daughter is a middle school cheerleader, ( I use to like cheerleaders until I owned one ((Just Kidding, Really, I love her to death)) and she is getting ready to attend WBHS in fall. ering Technician and now an Engineering Technical Manager for govt. at Naval Base Norfolk. I received my pilot¿s license in 1997 as a private pilot and have just recently started a business doing aerial photography with another gentleman. I fly he takes pictures. This has been my life dream and finally seems to be happening.
Other than the above, I am a part time stage hand and spot light operator at the Virginia Beach Amphitheatre for all the big groups that come in, as well as the Intellos Amphitheatre in Portsmouth Virginia, Scope and Chrysler hall.
All in all I life has been good to me as well As God above. Believe me he has put up with a lot out of me now and over the years but he's still there.
